I’ve been working with Microsoft technology for the past 9 years based in Finland. I’ve been working as a consultant, as a trainer and also as a product owner in a product development organisation. My core focus lies around getting the most out of M365 tools, not only from a technological perspective, but also from an adoption and change management point of view. Besides my day to day work activities, I travel around the world speaking at various tech conferences.
Most of my projects focus on changing the ways of working with modern M365 tools. This includes changes in document management, how to adopt Microsoft Teams and how to use Microsoft Teams more efficiently as a platform. I have been helping customers with adoption of tools in the Microsoft Viva family and guided them on how to optimize intranets and extranets. I’ve conducted pre-studies for the use of M365, where I investigated and report how the current environment is set up and how the organization is using it. As a result, I gave recommendations on how to improve and get the best out of processes with the available tools in M365.
I’m known for my matter-of-fact approach, valuing efficiency and effectiveness. I focus on providing straightforward recommendations and remain committed to achieving the best outcomes for my clients. With my comprehensive knowledge, I’m able to guide businesses through digital transformations, streamline processes, and maximize productivity.
